Is it normal that the asian community wear dark vador/welding masks ?

is it normal that almost every day when I drive the streets of my city [90%Asian] on my way to work I see brick walls pulverized, wrought-iron gates destroyed! Cars being pulled out of ditches, accidents lined up and down the damn street. Is it partially because I see most of the Asian people in my community wearing these big ass dark Vader/welding mask??? f****** gloves up to their elbows and towels around their face?? how the f*** can they see where they're going? I Drive a nice car and I want to keep it that way. I almost get slaughtered weekly by a person stopping in the middle of the god damn street or freeway to change lanes or turning when you're not supposed to turn, stopping in the carpool lane [WTF]!!??? getting onto the freeway doing 20 miles per hour are you freaking kidding me??PLEASE PLEASE STOP THIS MADNESS IT'S UNFAIR AND DANGEROUS . I'm not racist and never have been, but come on take off the f****** welding mask and maybe you can see how to god damn drive!! what's up with the big white towel over your face? I mean come on who the hell is issuing these people their driver's license??? they need to get pistol whipped. ATTENTION MASK PEOPLE: are you trying to kill yourself? Is this normal or what?
