Sometimes, usually whilst sitting down, my bollocks start to randomly tingle... Nothing sexual. To get rid, one must then stand up or rearrange zee balls.

    There is a nerve that can get pinched - bicycle riding can be a problem that way for men. It can do damage & that may be the tingling. Talk to your Doc.
