Is it normal that sometimes i feel crazy

Ive always been a little high strung or and easily jealous person. but sometimes I clearly don't think before I act. also I've been in infatuated with someone who also thinks I'm crazy.. I've never done anything harmful to anyone or anything or myself, but I over analyze everything and then cannot forget or forgive when people piss me off..Am I crazy?
