Is it normal that someone that there is someone that makes me feel so bad and depressed and even when I'm crying about something he did, all I want to do Is be with them? (I love him)

I used to be like that with one of my ex boyfriends. He would do something so messed up that would have me depressed for days, but being with him would be the only thing to make me feel better. All this means is that you are so dependent on him for your happiness that you don't care what he does to you. Yeah you might but hurt, but being with him even if he treats you like shit is a good feeling right? Thats what i used to think. I found that i was happier once i realized that he doesn't know how to have a real relationship and let him go. Be accountable for your own happiness. If you put your happiness in other people's hands you will find your self depressed more often than not. Believe me, I've been there.
