Is it normal that some words dont look like words?

Sometimes if I look at a word for too long, (like if I'm making caligraphy art etc.) it doesnt look like a real word, or it looks atleast mispelled even though they're very easy common words. It's really annoying and embarrassing when I have to ask if If the word looks normal xD

The only words off the top of my head would be these;
Love, Help, Barrow, Music.

    That happens to me too! I'm like wait.. That doesn't look right.

    Yeah. Completely normal, in fact studies have been done where if you get someone to spell a word over and over they begin to doubt they're spelling it right and sometimes that it's even a word. It's generally attributed to mental fatigue for looking and thinking about it for so long.

    I have exactly the same. I guess it's normal. Some words just look odd.

      It was pretty funny. About 4 years ago I just got out of Spanish class to go to English class and I read the word 'am' and I thought "wtf is 'am'?" I felt really dumb for a second, lol.

    LOL that once happen to me when I was making an online account. For some reason the word pretty looked very weird. I kept asking my cousins but they were busy with their own accounts so I spelled Pretty Preety and for years that was my online name becuz I couldn't change it LOL. I was so embarressed and I hated explaining the story to people. People thought I was dumb LOL. I finally was able to change it recently when the rules changed. Haha LOL

    If you stared at a word like
    Onomatopoeia
    I wouldn't be surprised if you didn't like it
    Although It is kind of normal
    But I don't oftenly have that problem
    Just words like
    Library
    Hospital
    Definitely

    Annoy me because Im so accustomed to another spelling
