I'm a somewhat-straight female and rape turns me on. If I read details of a rape report or watch a movie that has a rape scene it turns me on beyond belief. Also into bondage and hardcore porn for this reason. Is this normal?
Rape fantasies are normal. A rape fantasy is completely the opposite of being raped - you're in control of what happens to you, how it happens, and who rapes you - because it's your fantasy. Whereas when you actually get raped you have no control whatsoever and it's an overwhelmingly traumatising and devastating experience which stays with you forever . I used to have rape fantasies when I was teenager, and I was actually raped a few years ago. Trust me, it's nothing like the fantasy and you don't want to be put through that. I've read stories from girls on here saying they sometimes go out at night half-hoping to be raped and all that kind of crazy stuff which just worries me so much - your fantasy is normal, there's nothing wrong with you, but don't confuse it with the reality and go putting yourself at risk.
