Is it normal that quitting cigarettes has been so easy?
Okay, so I'm 25 currently. I've been a full time smoker (about a pack a day) since I was 14 years old. My New Years resolution was to finally quit. I was expecting all sorts of cravings and irrational anger, but I haven't had any of that. I'm just worried that there is more in store for me in the next few weeks. But honestly I haven't even been tempted to smoke. I am aware it's only been 3 days, but I figured this would be the hardest part. Any advice?
