Everyone that my wife works with or knows thinks she is a sweet angel, so nice and wonderful...but really she is a psychotic bitch. She acts fake on purpose to fool people, she even brags about it. She laughs inside every time someone comments about how sweet and nice she is...

She won't be able to fool everyone all of the time. She will slip up, eventually, and her world as she knows it will come crashing down around her. Are you going to be there to catch her? Or let her fall? If you continue to "enable" this behavior, you are just as bad. Split Personality Disorder is highly subjective and a tough one to deal with. I suggest that you try and find a way to get her into therapy, and soon. Her escapades, will continue to escalate, and become more grandiose. Get help! Good luck.
Sorry to tell you this but her real personality will eventually start showing at work ect....little by little,just give it some time....Someone will eventually discover that she is a total fake bitch.....She might think everyone around her is an idiot but she is so wrong.......
