Is it normal that people scratch me?

I've seen people with unusually long pinky nails, and sometimes when I interact with them (like taking money from them as a cashier) they would purposefully scratch me with that long pinky nail. I know it's on purpose because they really dig in for a good long scratch, and they stare at me after, waiting for me to react. The people that have done this usually look unhappy and they wear metal t-shirts and alternative hairstyles and all that. Like they shop at Hot Topic. Nothing against emos and metal heads, but is this a thing? Why do they do it?

    Yes, I like to scratch people with my disgusting long fingernails all the time.

    Could just be an accident, or people not used to having long nails. I have a thing/fetish for long nails, and, since hot older sister always kept and keeps her nails long or very long, polished, and perfect, I got used to the occasional scratch, nick, or dig. Hell, even asked for it sometimes.

    I compliment women with long nails all the time, especially if contact is made. Had a bank teller with at least 2.5', burgundy nails that drove me crazy while taking care of me and typing. Complimented her twice, and when she handed me paperwork and a check I needed, those amazing nails lightly dug into my fingers. I loved it. She then extended to shake my hand, so I got another good braise and light dig.

    Haha that long pinky nail is for crack, that's why they let it grow so they can just scoop it and take it, I use to have some friends that had it like that and they told me about it. But scratching you with it, I don't know maybe they want to get high with you or they want to know if your into that stuff..
