I just walk around, and people look at me like, 'What the hell?" One time, me and my best friend where in the car, just sitting there. We looked to our right and saw a guy in another car, staring at us like we are maniacs. Is that normal?!

    How would I know. If you are weird looking or wear ridiculous clothes or hair or have some freakish quality I guess it could happen. Or maybe you're paranoid?

    Post a picture. If you truly look weird, yes it's normal. If not, then it's not. Not a difficult issue to resolve.
