Is it normal that people hear me swallow my saliva but i can't stop?

Fellow humans of this queer world! You may perceive this as the ravings of a madman! I am simply expelling the truth, however. I address you in this fine hour as I am quite confounded to this day as to how these humans can literally hear me swallowing my saliva! They tend to make noise with their mouth to provoke me to swallow more, as if that'll accomplish anything! I never can understand why they do it, other than because they can hear me seallow. Even now as I type this the accumulation of my saliva relentlessly persists. It only accumulates and I have to consciously swallow whenever this abnormal concept crosses my mind. Ignorance truly is bliss, in this case. If only I did not fear this to be true, I'd never have to worry every single time I swallow! That would be denial if I pretended no one could hear me swallowing, however. Don't think about the incessant accumulation of saliva, you may suggest? That is quite impossible when I fear each and every one of these humans are capable of hearing me swallow my own saliva. Although, I too can hear myself swallow when conscious, which happens a lot. The noise amplifies when eating or especially drinking something. I can't hear anyone else when they swallow - extremely rare when I do actually, but they can hear me even when outside! Even when a movie is playing, I am heard. Perhaps you may be thinking this problem will not be cured until I stop being so paranoid. Paranoid I am not, as it is no coincidence when these odd beings shoot a look in my direction everytime I swallow. Sometimes the person will even turn around and look at me! I hope, I sincerely hope that some of you may offer me advice on this matter that has plagued such a wretched being as I for so long!
