Is it normal that no matter what, i cannot poop if anybody is around?

I cannot poop no matter what if I know that someone else will either hear me or smell it. Pretty much I have to be alone in a house or try to find an empty public bathroom. I have gone way out of my way to find an empty bathroom before. I know everybody does it, but for some reason it just really bothers me if they know that I am doing it. Any advice?
