Is it normal that no matter how much i eat, i'm still hungry?

Lately, no matter how much I eat, I'm still hungry afterwards. A while after I eat, my stomach starts to growl as if I never ate before that. I've also been losing weight, too.

In a nutshell, I eat, I still feel hungry, I eat some more (even though I shouldn't), and I'm losing weight. If it matters, I don't have bowel movements often.

A lot depends on what you're eating. Eating refined sugar (and refined sugar is hidden in all sorts of foods) often causes a person to continue to be hungry even when they're full.

How old are you ? If your under 21 you could be starting a growth spert . Last time my son had one he out grew all his new school clothes and shoes in less than 2 months and it seemed like he was always eating . I know my grocery bill went up for a while then too .

If you're worried about it, then just go see a doctor. Are you drinking enough water?
