Go to bed at the same time everynight and wake up at the same time everymorning even on weekends. Teens and young adults need at least eight to ten hours rest. Stay away from energy drinks and junk food(every now nd then is ok) take ur vitamins and get plenty of exercise. Check with ur doc to make sure ur blood work is normal. Trust me ive been in ur shoes im twenty five now but i wish i found out all this like nine years ago. Oh and if you smoke.... quit while your ahead.

Too much sleep is worse than not enough. Limit yourself to 8-9 hours. Set your alarm!

See your doctor. You could be sick. You could have a sleeping disorder. You might need to spend less time at night checking out IIN.

Let your doctor help you find out what is going on.

^^agreed. You only need to 7-8 hrs of sleep and you should move around a little bit. Play sports or go for a long walk.

You might have mono. Also, I know when I sleep a lot I'm always tired. But I've had mono and you feel tired and drained. It also might be depression. I've suffered from depression for a long time and if I'm not taking my meds then I get really really sleepy and will wanna sleep all day and night. I would check with your family doc and go from there! Good luck

Rightly said. Why don't you take a short nap after school instead of sleeping. 8 hours is the maximum recommended time of sleep and do try to indulge in sports. There is much more to life then just snoring away
