Ok, so my brother watches Nick a lot and I watch it with him. On quite a few episodes I've noticed that there's... foot stuff in the shows. Especially in Victorious and Icarly. For example, in one episode it seemed to revolve around foot rubs or something and I didn't watch all of it, it was so awkward to watch. What is with Nickelodeon and feet? Its disgusting.

    Second, Nickelodeon is a television network, not a person, so it can't have a fetish.

    Honestly, I'm nearly 100% sure this is the case. I've noticed an alarmingly high rate of girl's feet in the shots where they are clearly the focus. Still, its not good to judge it negatively since feet are harmless. No need to wrinkle one's face due to disgust of every single image of a foot and believe it or not, many people go out of their way to keep their feet well kept and wouldn't even mind a foot massage. I'm sure since these are paid actors that theirs are clean too.
