Is it normal that my yeast infections keep coming back?

I don't understand why my yeast infections keep coming back I went to the doctors a while back and they had me pee in a cup and the test results came back as me having a yeast infection and so I was treated anf it went away for just a lil while and then it continued for like a year and finally I couldn't take it anymore so imade myself go to the doctors again and they did a pelvic exam and I ended up having a yeast infection again and I took this one pill and it went away for only a couple of days and it already came back and idk what it is but I need help iam tired of going to the doctors and I also put clotomizole 1% cremam on my vagina and it doesn't help at all do I honestly don't know what to do anymore???? and if its because of tight pants what do I do? Because I'm not gonna stop wearing tight pants because I would just look like shit if they were all baggy but please help I'm tired of this and I just want it to go away :(

    They have special soap for this. It is called PH something. You should look it up but its specially made to keep your vagina clean. I saw a commercial on tv for it.

    If you are sexually active have your partner treated as well. Yes your partner can re-infect you.

    Also make sure you don't use any glycerine-based sexual lubricants since those can encourage the growth of yeast.

    You may also want to add yogurt to your diet on a regular basis. It's been known to help regulate the PH levels of your vagina.

      And yes - tight pants can also "help" encourage the growth of yeast.

      It doesn't mean you have to wear "baggy" pants - but you may want to consider wearing something a little looser, or perhaps a skirt, at least until you get your infections under control.

    cranberry juice or you can get cranberry tablets now. try that and see how you go.

      That's what you take to prevent urinary tract infections (UTI), not yeast infections.
