Is it normal that my uncle does this..

well about 10 months ago my uncle started to act really weird around me, im 17, but was 16 at the time, and i'd catch him looking at my boobs, and he tried to give me 2 vibrators, which i denied both of them and he was still like "you need them theyll make you feel better" but i still declined. once he even asked me if the nipple clips he "found" were mine, and of course they weren't and he knows that, he was just trying to see if id take them. once he told me i needed to take off my bra after 8 pm, which i didnt do and he got mad at me because of it, and i told him i was gonna tell my aunt if he didnt stop being so creepy, and he stopped for a while, but today i was looking for some socks in my underwear drawer and i found a vibrator which i know he put it there, because my aunt is the only other person i live with and i know she wouldnt do that. im going to throw it away later, and not bring anything up about it. is it normal that he does that, and should i tell someone? comment please, thanks
