Is it normal if my left testicle is kinda shaped like a square and hangs like 3 inches below my right one, it also never comes back up when i am cold like my right one does.

    Like boobs, and every other body-part-pairs, they aren't identical.
    Get it checked if it worries you, but expect variation.
