Is it normal that my teacher is acting this way?

I honestly don't know what is going on anymore. I am starting to believe that my teacher might have some sort of crush or small attraction to me. Everyday that we have class, he always picks on me when I raise my hand to answer or I say something. He also makes comments about my appearance, referring to me as a "very healthy petite woman" even though I do not, in any way, look like that. He also tends to get closer around my desk after class and always tries to talk to me and my friend about totally unrelated topics to our lesson. The other day, he had gotten very, very, very close to me and started gently pulling on the strings of my jacket and talking about if I had children and stuff. It's sort of creepy but I kind of like it in a weird way.... Me and my friend have both made private comments about him being attractive and that sort of thing, but I don't believe that he knows about that.
*Update: Lately, he is still doing the same thing. He offered to give me a back rub because of aches and stuff. He started playing around and saying he would spank me if I didn't stop goofing around. Maybe he's just being nice. Maybe that's just his personality. I've always kind of liked him. This is confusing the hell out of me. Some one please help me try to figure this out.
