Recently my friend sent me a picture of his penis, because I admitted that I was curious about it and I was worried that it was making things tense between us. (He's straight and I'm gay.) I don't think he may be gay in the slightest. I'm wondering is it normal for a straight man to be so at ease showing a gay friend his penis?
Don't jump to conclusions too fast. Once a friend (lesbian) asked me to show her my pussy, I was taking a shower and she was standing outside the door because she was curious how it looked and yes I showed her. You should just take it easy.

Yes, it's normal. I've had girls (both gay and straight) wanting to see my breasts and I showed them. I didn't think it was s big deal or something to be awkward about. Being curious about how other body parts look it's normal, even if it's your friend's.
