Is it normal that my straight friend sexually teases me?

I've known my "straight" friend since we were little kids. We really like to hang out in my house every now and then (he always comes to my house). He recently got really hot and he completely knows this. When he has a chance, he doesn't doubt to say "hell boy! That's a really hot chick" and stuff like that. However, I have never seen him with a girlfriend. I am a not openly gay, but it is very evident because of my behavior (at times effeminate and without a girlfriend even though I'm in my mid 20s). He is also around his mid 20s.
He started to sexually tease me around two years ago: when we are together, which is usually every day, he frequently touches my legs and hands, and kisses my arms, legs and hands, but never in the face. He does this regardless of whether we are with his younger brother (who sometimes accompany us) or not. One time, we three were sitting on our living room and, as usual, he was touching me and kissing me. I asked him why was he doing this thing and he replied "I want just want to fuck you!". His brother shocked for a moment but then started to laugh and he followed. He also likes to smell my neck and tells me "you smell really good". One time, he even said that my sent turned him on. Two years later, he continues to hang by my house with his brother. He still does this stuff, so, up to this point, his brother doesn't mind it. These are other examples: 1) when I'm about to sit down, he puts his hand in between so he can touch my butt, 2) where we live, young boys rub the center of a girl's hand with their middle finger to imply that they want to have sex with her; when he cans, my friend always rubs me like that, 3) he keeps telling me "you have a really nice butt there". 4) Recently, he started to ask me if I was virgin; I always tell him that I do, but when I ask back, he says his also virgin and then laughs.
Finally, I wanted to confirm that I am 100% certain he is into girls the way he looks at them when we go out and by his posts on Facebook.
I really like when he teases me, it really turns me on. By now, I am positive he know this.
Please help understand this complex situation. Is this normal on straight guys?
