Is it normal that my stomach...
after I get done eating or drinking anything my stomach always bulges out. I know that it's just my stomach expanding but it never used to do this! I've started doing sit-ups and push-ups every day, but idk if it's going to work or not. I get extremely self-conscious about it. I know I'm not getting fat cause i have a really high metabolism and I'm not gaining waleight anywhere else. so is this normal?? why does it happen??):
