So,whenever I'm sitting down with my stepdad he shuffles closer to me and rubs my breasts,I find this rather weird,is it normal? Also he looks at my crotch all the time and then touches his balls,normal?

For christs sake, father, stepfather makes no difference, is it his house? Well then, he pays the bills he rules the roost, what's the problem? Assuming you're 18 or older, if you think its weird and he doesn't care that you don't like it, then its NOT normal. If you're under 18 please call 911 and tell dispatch everything.

Regardless of your age, this is sexual assault if it's repeated and unwanted. He could go to jail if you're under the age of consent. And no it's not normal, and the fact that he's married to your mom makes it even more disturbing.
No its not normal at all confront him or tell your mom if you don't he might rape you b/c first its flirting than touching than things progress and bam before you know it rape (I might be getting alittle to far with stuff but better be safe than sorry)
