Is it normal that my son makes me clean his room?

I mean I just hate when I get home from work and I'm really tired and then my son makes me clean his room. He's 13 so I think he should be cleaning his room but he keeps telling me he doesn't feel like it so I have to. And if I don't he'll wait until I fall asleep and then punch me in the face. One time I told him that I both didn't want to clean his room AND that I didn't want to do his homework, and when I fell asleep he broke a toy bat across my head. I mean I guess that was my fault because I should have done his homework so he does well in school and gets a good job eventually. But it just doesn't seem normal that he is unable to clean his room. He's so defiant though, infact just yesterday he drew a penis on my face and made me go to work with it...My boss did not think it was funny and he would not accept that my son made me do it. I have NO idea what to do!!

    Ok so take a day of work and when hes at school trash his room and lock the windows and when he gets home tell him he has 10 years of cleaning and homework to make up so he better start theb abd tgat he will only be allowed out to go to the bathroom.... or just send him to military school and stick

    Wow , you need to be a parent it'll this situation . Lay down the law to him he should clean his room AND do his homework otherwise he will get nowhere in life . This is no way for a 13 year old to act

    Your kids needs some serious help. Like badly. There are many occational of kids accidently killing their parents out of anger. You have to be carful. You are the parent. If he likes pain, show him emotional attention. If he acks up take things away from him. He sounds spoiled and free to do what he wants. Talk to the police because he is old enough to know what is right and wrong. They have good ways to put him in check.

    Normal, Thats how kids are. Back then in the 1970's and 1980's parents would NOT do that. Parents used to be SO strict back then. That kid is just lucky you do it for him. Its called being LAZY. You should lock him into his room until he does it.

    If this is legit, you are the worst parent on earth. Not even Super Nanny could fix you straight. Your kid will soon start bossing teachers around. Then he will get expelled.       Well he already bosses teachers around which I figure is ok because he needs to learn to be authoritative and be successful when he grows up. That combined with me doing his homework so he gets good grades is sure to make him something when he grows up. So he slaps me every now and then or jams an umbrella up my ass... So what, I've learned it's important to make sure he's happy.
