My sister is dating a married man with kids that same as my sister. His wife hates my sister but wont get a divorse. He beats my sister and jokes about killing if my sister breaks up with him. To be honest i think my sister is following in my moms foot steps. Is this normal?

Report this to protective services and report a domestic case. They have special battered and abused women hotlines that fight to protect people in situations like this. You should probably go beat that man within an inch of his life and force him to divorce your sister
It's not normal that she's dating a married man or that she likes being abused. I don't quite understand the paragraph, but if you don't speak English it's fine. Anyway, maybe she should get mental help?
