Is it normal that my sister keeps her kids but doesnt want them?

My sister is 21 years old and has two kids. She asks me if i want them, and she says has a joke that she will commit suicide. In her suicidal note she will write that she wants me to take care of her kids. Im still in high school and i never want kids.

A week ago her son(toddler) he jumped off a chair and scraped his arm. My sister acused me of abusing him. Earlier today she was asking me to take her son in the shower with me, because he didnt get a bath today. Is this normal?

    No, it doesn't sound normal. It sounds like she needs some counselling for possible depression and some parenting support.

    As horrible as it sounds, unless you don't care if she dies and possibly kills the kids, I'd call child welfare services.
    She sounds like she is one sick puppy and those kids need to be protected from her.

    Single mother im assuming?

    emotional indifference to children especially when they're unplanned is very common in younger mothers. This is not healthy for the kids development (and safety). She is your sister but remember you are witness to everything thats happening, and you certainly wouldnt want to live with regret should she one day kill her kids with her (double suicide) she doesnt sound so mentally stable. Im not telling you to call cps right now, im saying keep that option there dont dismiss it.

    I would call the police if it gets any worse. I know she`s your sister but that's not safe under any circumstances.
