Is it normal that my sister is way over-hygienic?!

Ok, so my sister is 13 and she wakes up every morning, pulls her pj bottoms up, sits on the edge of the tub, turns on the water and just washes he mouth and face and nose and feet and arms and god knows what for over 10 minutes! And she has a shower before she sleeps! So I honesty don't know what her problem is but when I ask her about she calls me a grub :/ BUT I AM NOT. I think she's crazy. He also washes her hands for an excessively long period of time. I kinda get the feeling she's scrubbing at her hands. Reminds me of Lady Macbeth "Out, Damned spot" lol. But it REALLY annoys me. So tell me people.
Is she normal?!

    It is the people that are not 'overly-hygienic' that we should worry about. Encourage such behavior.

    No offense, but, perhaps the people in her immediate environment are not very clean or sanitary and she is trying to overcompensate for it. She may not have OCD but, if she continues over-reacting to her environment, it's only a matter of time before she is afflicted with it. She may need counseling, but, if she is not harming herself (some people take to scrubbing their skin with bleach), just leave her be and mind your business.

    Both I and one of my three roommates take at least two showers a day, I don't look down on other people for it. I just don't like that grimy feel you get after running around all day with work/school/etc.

    You're supposed to wash your hands for a lot longer than most people do. She takes a shower before bed and washes up in the morning. Thats a good thing.
