My sister- who used to be a boy- has to wear at least one pink item of clothing at all times. She has terrible panic attacks and hysterical tantrums if she does not.
She is 22.

    Maybe she wears pink as a way to confirm her gender. Pink is often seen as feminine and by wearing it she feels more like a girl and less like a boy.
