Is it normal that my right eye twitches under stress?

In the last year I have developed an uncontrollable eye twitch, in which my eye just sort of vibrates for a minute. I notice it happening more frequently when I'm under stress. It doesn't hurt or anything; it's just inconvenient. Does anyone know about this?

    Yes. I have had this problem before. Usually, it goes away when the stress does.

    well, it's my eye. it's not like i'm blinking my eyes all crazy like i'm retarded. literally my eye is vibrating inside my head. you call that a tic?
    that's a good question though, no one's ever said anything to me about it or pointed it out. I've never tried to watch in a mirror as it shakes. that's what she said.

    Sounds like a tic, and I imagine it's not too visible to others?

    Normal. I have several. They make you feel awkward, but they're not all that noticable to others.
