Is it normal that my pimples aren't going away?

I feel really ugly all because of my pimples there disgusting I hate talking because it draws attention to my face and I feel that people judge me on my appearance. I hate them and I've had them for 5 years. Will my face ever be clear and beautiful!

I think that later in your life, it will go away. People with good skin now, will eventually have bad skin later. People who are fat as kids will probably lose their weight when older..and vice versa. Wash your face, work out, eat more vegetables and cut down on food in general..it always helps my skin look better. Talk to a doctor and look if there's a hormonial problem or something.. things will get better eventually, and not all people judge you! dont forget that.

As neuro said, go to a dermatologist. It's more certain than trying out different drugstore products. I have a similar problem and I have tried proactive, neutrogena, clearasil and some work out but it's not as clear as I want it to be. It's frustrating as you become more self-conscious about yourself. Just learn to brush other people off. Beauty is skin-deep and if others can't look past blemishes then that says something about their character and not yours.

Keep your hair out of your face. Dont touch your face. Dont sleep face or cheek down on pillows. Wash and moisturize your skin more then once a day. Shower and moisturize 3 times a day. Stop eating.processed or fast foods. Go all freshly cut greens veggies and fruits. Work out and drink at least a gallon of water a day. If you do vitamins make sure your not allergic to ingredients it maybe causing your problems. I have flawless skin all my life. This is how i was raised. Also this is what i supply to my clients. Chemicals not required. Best of Luck

Of course it is hormones, but fast food and fatty food can contribute to it also.

I would recommend you try Witch Hazel. It's generally in the first aid cleaning area of any drug store or Wal Mart. Since I have started using it again, my complexion has cleared quite a bit. The stuff is cheap but it works.

If not, then try seeing a dermatologist.
