Is it normal that my penis is not circumcised ?

My penis is not "cut" . I can pull the skin all the way back & I have no sex problems and when it's super hard ( during sexual intercourse ) it looks like its circumcised and my partners have said they like the extra skin to play with( hand & oral)
It only looks uncut when I'm not hard at all or in medium .
Am I normal? Do girls really like uncut better?

    No big deal. It seems it's in America, this whole un-cut/cut thing matters. A penis is still a penis and I wouldn't care/mind in a nice way of speaking :)
