Is it normal that when my penis is soft/normal it is only 3 inches, but when i get hard it grows to 7 inches? Like what i'm asking is, is it supposed to be that small when it's soft compared to how big it gets when i'm hard?

    I'm 8.4 but soft I'm 4.6. Its normal for guys who hang flacid to be smaller on soft, though on the other side you have guys who hangs at their peak size, they're more comfortable to appear naked than flacid guys. Though on the flip side I've seen guys who appeared to be larger than me, not be cause I was larger than them on hard. At least that's what they're girls said. Lol. & I've seen it on a porno. Dude was like 3 to 4 inches but when he was hard he crushed every other dude in the room running a train!
