      When you are being turned on, there is basically a valve that shuts off your urinary stuff, making it very difficult if not impossible to pee. But if you just have a boner and aren't being turned on, then it will flow out with ease, you just have to worry about aiming it.

      An instance where this helps is if you are on a long bus ride and there are no stops. Just start wanking yourself off under a blanket and you can hold it for as long as you can keep it up ;)
