My parents are 62 years old. In the next decade or two, when it's too tough for them to live on their own, I hope they will want to live with me - I want to take care of them. I love them so much.
What isnt normal are kids wanting to live with their parents forever. I guess the laundry wont do itself though.
My friend has he same problem. She moved out of her house and into her boyfriends, but her mom just packed up everything and moved in with her.
Yeah it's normal. Means they really love you :) Not all parents are like that these days, so be grateful yours are :)
Parents usually have more pride than that but if they want to, that's fine.
So long as they took care of you and loved you growing up.
Your parents will not have "forever" they will eventually pass away, until then, consider it a privilege to take care of them.
They did it for you in your most important years of life and made you who you are.
When you have your stuff together and means to be able to take care of everything. Just let them know you are living your own life and they can be free maids and cooks
NO parents are supposed to raise their children and give them wings to fly NOT ATTACH AN ACHORE TO THEM AND KEEP TH FOREVER!!!
