Is it normal that my parents never listen to me?

So one day, I noticed my bed smelled really bad, like urine or poop. I suspected it was my dog's. I told my parents this but they dismissed this as stupid, saying I must have spilled water on it. They refused to let me wash it. So I just had to deal with the smell of the bathroom for weeks. A couple weeks later, I found brown, smelly, smeared stuff on my bed. I told my parents, but their reaction was not'Oh, you were right. Sorry.' Instead, they said, "Why did you let the dog on the bed? It's your own fault." They still refused to wash it, saying they would have to take it to the dry cleaners. They told me I needed to use my own money. But they don't give me an allowance, and I don't have a job either, since I'm not old enough(just 2 more years!). And they KNOW that. And on my birthday, they confiscate my money. And when I babysit my little sister, they always promise to pay me 20 dollars, but never do. They then called me a spoiled brat for not appreciating the expensive stuff they get me. Whaaaaaaaaaaaaat?????
