Is it normal that my nose flares?

I hate my nose, people say its cute but I can't stop flaring it! And when that happens its soo hard to get it back to normal again. Like every time I speak it flares, and even if I stay still, it stays normal, then it flares again. But when it's flared, it just stays like that for ages. Soo annoying
