For those who ask, I'm a boy. Recently, I have noticed that my nipples are erect all the day without return to the normal way. Once, I had a nipple erection during 2 days.

    It depends on your age. How old are you? When I went through puberty my nipples were sore from just my T-Shirt. I had hard knots under them too. It went away in a couple of mo.s.

    it probably is normal because your nipples are rubbing up against your shirt all say.
