Yeah it happens it happens to guys too it could be dryness but im not sure wether you're a girl with itchy nipples or not since you didn't write im a girl or i have boobs im a guy and it happens to me from time to time.

Soreness is normal, itchiness is normal. Moisturise. Don't use a nail file though, that'll make it worse... Could you be pregnant?
