Is it normal that my nerves are so bad i twitch and shake

Ok this is embarrassing but my nerves are so bad that sometimes i dont know where it comes from i could go take a picture and my mouth shakes uncontrollably and its so embarrassing i cant take pictures in the open when im trying to smile. Also since im scared of driving when i practice my right leg starts shaking. I dont know whats wrong with me is there something the doctor can do .. Even if i get into an argument with someone i feel myself shaking on the inside like im really nervous and it makes me look like im scared of them but im not its just my nerves...Its so weird is this normal

      Agreed. Go to a doctor. If you live with your parents, let them know. It's affecting your life, now get the help you need.

    That happens to me too. It got really bad last year but then it stopped happening for a while. I wouldn't worry about it too much but go see a doctor if it concerns you that much.

    It could be a lot of things, best get checked up and explain this to the doctor.
