Is it normal that my neice feels fat?

Ok, so my neice is 13, 5'0, and 120lbs. She's ALWAYS worrying about her weight! She eats healthy, and gets an OK amount of excersize. Is this normal? Is she overweight? or is she just being paranoid? Feel free to comment! Nothing too mean please!

    I always feel fat and I'm 5'7 and a 120 pounds it's fine and I think she sounds healthy but girls always feel fat it's normal

    Has she seen a doctor? Her doctor should be able to tell you whether or not she's overweight or a healthy weight.
