It's not about what I wear or how I style myself, and I didn't do anything with myself that could make me look worse(piercings, tattoos), and we weren't fighting about anything. Do all mothers talk like that to their children? I didn't expect her to tell me something like this, because I would never call her ugly even if I thought so...
That's pretty terrible and no its not normal. My mom always said encouraging things and told me I was pretty even if I looked bad. I'm sorry your mom does this there is not one human reason for it. Maybe she hates herself and takes it out on you.
If she's generally abusive I'd distance myself from her in the future. Maybe someday she will realize why she's old and alone. You're not ugly and don't allow her to ruin your self esteem.
Same here. Once due to a reason I had been crying and black streaks went down my cheek and I'm sure I looked the most horrible that day. It was when I was just 13 and I had been bullied and told many bad insulting stuff . I went home and said that I'm the most ugliest ugly girls. But my sweet mother said that I'm the most beautiful even though I knew I was looking bad right then. Some parents are so sweet that it's hard to believe that there are parents like that out there.
Tell her the apple doesn't fall far from the tree or say that you take after her. I guess you could tell her she's ugly on the inside, tell her she's ugly in the depths of her soul.
You could of course take the high road and just try to ignore her and continue to turn the other cheek, but please do seek out help from a trustworthy adult to whom you're not related.

Be quick with a comeback. I mean, that's mean, but your mom & dad made you, so your features must resemble them in some way. Maybe she's got a low self esteem, and takes it out on you.
I would think she's just a bitch with a nasty mouth or she's jealous of you for being young and beautiful or maybe even all of that.
It's normal for parents to be angry with their kids from time to time, but there's no excuse letting that sort of shit to come out of her mouth.
If you can, you could let her know how much she's hurt you and ask her why she said it.
