Okay so my mom is this really religious type freak and I am not supposed to wear pants what so ever although she lets me wear basketball shorts and sweats and pj pants. I just wanna wear jeans nothing provoking. I don't even own a pair.

Since you're obviously 18 or older, as per the guidelines of this site, wear what you want.
One thing I absolutely hate about the current state of family is that many parents try to make their kids become some clone of themselves. There is no rational reason for her to make you wear something you don't want to wear. You are your own authority, man.
Wear what you want, your mom has nothing to say about it. And if she has any comments, tell her she can go to hell. It's your decision, not hers.

I find it absolutely amazing how religions cannot change with the times. No wonder religious institutions world wide are losing followers in large numbers; thank god!
