Is it normal that my mom get's angry whenever she's bored?

My mom is special and, not like a lot of moms. Well you see, whenever my mom gets at a certain point of being bored, she goes on this angry rampage. It's a surprise that comes out of nowhere.This happens pretty much all of the time.

The day usually starts out peaceful. It's quiet and, i'm doing work for my online college. Then my mom will just yell out from the living room, "I'M SO ******* BORED!" I'll glance over at the room with an annoyed face. Then about 10 minutes later, she'll walk in the same room i'm in and, just start complaining about this and, that. Then she'll drive me nuts for the rest of the day. She likes to complain about what I do with my life, how I look or, what I spend my money on.

All she does is watch tv or clean. She never does anything else besides that. I'm constantly trying to get her out and, live a little. I always ask her if she wants to go somewhere with me, like the movies or a nice restaurant to chat but, she always refuses to.She wont even go to local events anymore. It's like she loves to complain about being bored and, being stuck in the house 24/7.She has some friends but, never wants to talk or go out with them. She usually kicks them to the curve whenever they call or visit her. She's constantly complaining about being bored but, she just doesn't want to do anything.
