Usually whenever I go over to my mom's and she gets news that I'm bringing my black guy friend over or any black person then she makes brownies, puts sticks in them, and freezes them in the freezer until he comes over then when he's over she licks it slowly my black friend says that I shouldn't worry about him paying attention to her and get over it. Is this normal?

So your mom seems to have a thing for black guys. At least she doesn't burn crosses or wear ghost costumes. While I'd personally find it weird if my mom flirted with my friends--black or white--it's her business.

Your friends probobly don't mind because they are perverts and are getting off on the fact your mom is hitting on them. I would get rid of your black friends or get rid of your mom for not considering your feelings in any of this. Your mom just wants to feel like she can still get attention from young attractive guys, it's part of the psychology of 'feeling' like your getting older - much the same as when men seek out a younger trophy wife.
Your mom just wants to feel attractive, she might be going through a phase where she feels inadequate where her looks are concerned and she is seeking a confidence boost to prove her insecurities wrong. Were your parents recently divorced - because that may have something to do with it.
