Is it normal that my lungs always hurt?

My lungs always hurt, I get short if breath and it hurts to breathe in when it happens. I went to many doctors about it but no matter what we do my lungs still hurt.

I am a recovering Anorexic with Bulimic Tendencies (so I did do quite a bit of making myself throw up about 8 months ago, but I haven't done it for a very long time).

Does anyone else get this random pain? Or a similar one?
