Is it normal that my lips has a purple outline or spots on it??

Both my lips has some purple spots on it or a two tone. They don't look healthy and lush.

    People said it was due to cigarettes :o but some of my friends who smokes don't have it. I think I may be dehydrated... I drank a lot f water one day and te next my skin was nice and my lips looked healthy!!

    Go to the ER for this.

    Most likely it's going to be nothing. I get this after drinking or being hung over and generally unhealthy.

    It just can't be the lips, there are other things too that you must be getting with this.

    Some peoples lips though side on purple.
