Is it normal that my legs are hairier on the insides?

I'm a guy, 18 this year, and I'm just wondering if anyone is the same as me. The hair on the insides of my legs is kinda thick (not overly but y'know a good amount) and it's dark aswell. Whereas on the outside of my legs there's barely any there and it's really light so it's not easy to see. It's just a massive comparison between the inside and outside so I'm wondering if it's normal?

    It's normal. The less hairy parts of your legs could be receiving less oxygen then the outside parts. There could also be some other factors.
