Is it normal that my left shoulder dislocates off and on, on it's own?

Well my left shoulder always dislocates when I reach for something. For example, I am sitting down watching t.v. and I reach for the remote my shoulder just gets out of the socket. I used to do it myself on purpose, but then it just started happening on it's own, and I think I may have scoliosis on top of that. Also, when my shoulder dislocates, it hurts me, and I can't make my arm go that far, so I was wondering, is it normal?

    YO!

I have the same thing man!

it has been happening to me since and I dunno what it's called.
I think I must have mistaken it for Cold Shoulders.

The fact is, this dislocate happens when I'm running/jogging or sitting playing game. It just dislocates, hurts and I can't wave my shoulder in full 360o motion.

It's definitely not called scoliosis as that associates with the spinal cord.
    WTF is EDS?

Anyway...I still have this problem, however I preform regular workout exercise with dumbbells and truly it improved my shoulders!

You should see your doctor. I have EDS (google it) and this happens to me everyday with all different joints. Very painful and I had to quit my job as an officer and work from home. No fun. The main thing is to STOP doing it on purpose because it further weakens it. Your ligaments and such are now like chewing gum. They stretch out but don't snap back. You may have just injured the shoulder at some time but you still need to get that seen about and rule out other things like the EDS I mentioned.
