My earlobe does that once every 3 to 6 weeks, it starts swelling up, until it's very big, it hurts, than eventually go splat, a lot of blood comes out and smile or whatever it is.
Then the hole heals, it's normal again, then the cycle starts all over again after those weeks.
Is it normal? Solutions?

Go and see a Dr., ask them if is infected, which it seems as though it is sadly...
I clean it every day, though not with earring cleaner, I should consider it, thank you.
My little sisters earlobe does that to. Try cleaning it with earing cleaner even if you don't have perching it would still be good to keep your earlobe clean with it.
mmmm ive had small bumps in my ear lobes before. i always thought they were pimples, and only once was i able to pop it. but most of the time i cant pop them, but they still hurt alot and im self conscious of them since im a girl and have a boyfriend who plays with my hair and face alot. but its like once every few months, not weeks. and its tiny bumps, one to 3 at most. you should talk to your doctor
