Is it normal that my husband's semen makes my mouth tingle?

I love to give my husband oral sex. However, I've noticed that sometimes his semen, or even precum, makes my mouth feel warm and tingly. It doesn't hurt, and it doesn't do the same thing to my vagina if he cums there. So I don't think it's an allergic reaction (there is such a thing as a semen allergy). There's no swelling or anything. It's actually kind of pleasant. We don't use condoms or lubricants so it must just be him. Is this normal?
